Bushey Ganim Parents' Association
Bushey Ganim’s Parents’ Association is in existence to help raise funds for the Ganim. The money raised goes directly to the Lower and Upper Ganim to buy new equipment and resources as well as giving a donation to charity. We also organise end of term parties and buy “treats” for the children to celebrate various festivals, for example, doughnuts at Chanukah & hamentashen at Purim.
In the past couple of years the PA have hosted a number of social events including; coffee mornings for mums, Chanukah arts and crafts parties and end of year parties in the summer, for all the children. We have also held a quiz night and a bingo night to raise money and this resulted in us being able to donate large sums of money to the Ganim to purchase new resources. In 2011 Upper Gan were able to purchase giant building blocks, dolls and a new table, amongst other things, whilst Lower Gan bought two large brightly coloured rugs for their reading corner and role play area, a fantastic dressing-up storage box with a mirror, as well as a wide variety of toys, games and puzzles, including a farm, a beautiful wooden Noah’s Ark and a road safety learning set. In 2012 Upper Gan has been able to buy; a wooden play shop/puppet theatre, play food, a cash register and a fantastic pouffe set for their communal area. Whilst Lower Gan has purchased a selection of toys, including a set of giant sized soft building blocks and a play petrol pump for their cars.
All of the children will benefit from these resources and with on-going support from our parents at the Ganim, the PA can continue to raise money to further build on the wonderful resources already available to our children.

By joining the PA you can play a part in helping to further enhance the fantastic equipment and atmosphere already available to our children at the Ganim. Together we can help the Ganim to go from strength to strength.
